Number of students per Class:

Turkish-Standard and Intensive Course -max 9 students
Placement: On the first day a laguage test will take place
Certificate: Certificate of participation at the end of the course.

Lesson: Morning or afternoon, Monday through Friday. 1 Lesson: 50 minutes.
Courses start throughout the year at set start dates for beginners. Intermediate and Advanced Turkish Leaner can join group classes every week on a monday. .
Minimum age: 18 years

Turkish Level: Our Turkish Language School offers different course levels.

The determination in the appropriate course level for group courses can only be done on first day with an placement test by the school administration. In the unlikely event and we won’t be able to create a group course due to the fact of not having enough students at the same time/level. We will run the group courses on individual tuition, at least 50% of the booked lesson are offered. If you have booked the standard course you get instead of 20 lessons group lessons 10 lessons individual tuition, if you have booked the intensive course you get instead 30 lessons, 15 lessons individual tuition. You will receive with no extra cost an upgrade of the booked group course.

Accommodation:

The booking of accommodation is only weekly way possible. We will reserve for you a room in a family, apartment or hotel, and although one days before the course begins until 1 day after the course ends. The price of accommodation is per person and includes all utilities. Confirmation of

Registration

Once we receive your online registration and the deposit payment of 100 EUR, our german based partner Academia Linguae, Frankfurt, Germany will send you an an confirmation letter and invoice with the entire cost of your stay. The outstanding balance must be paid 4 weeks before the course starts.

Health Insurance:

Participants who are registrated on language school course must have personal insurance. We encourageand strongly recommend all citizens of the EU and non EU countries take out personal insurance, loss damage, treatment/emergencies, cancellation of their courses. It is an TLC requirement for all students, regardless of which country they originate from, to have adequate travel and health insurance, which provides cover to the student. Upon arrival, the school may ask for proof of this, and in the event that it cannot be supplied, TLC reserves the right to suspend the student from the course until proof has been provided.

Cancellation Policy .

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Turkish Language Center or our office in Frankfurt . The cancellation of the language and / or accommodation is possible up to four weeks before the course starts with no cancellation fee. In this case, we only charge the enrollment fee of EUR 100, – Euro.

Until 3 weeks prior to your course start in case of cancellation, a cancellation fee off 40% of total invoice amount is payable.
Until 2 weeks prior to your course in case of cancellation, a cancellation fee off 60% of total invoice amount is payable.
Until 1 week prior to your course start in case of cancellation, a cancellation fee off 90% of total invoice amount is payable.

Non-participation in the course, for whatever reason, not entitled to a partial or total recovery from course fees.

The Turkish Language Center reserves the right to cancel the course up to 4 weeks before the course begins, or to offer the participant an adequat alternative school.

In case of cancellation of the course the participant will receive a full refund of payments made.

Delay and non-arrival If you arrive late, you must inform us as soon as possible in advance.In case of delay or non-arrival of the courses can not be repeated. If you have booked a transfer, you must inform us at least 1 week prior of the course start and inform us about your flight details. A delayed informing of the flight details, the transfer can not be arranged or guaranteed.

Exceptional situations:

Turkish Language School reserves the right to change information contained this website and our brochures without prior notice. No classes will be held or rescheduled on official bank holidays in Turkey
